Please see below how to name and submit your images.
Submitting Digitally Projected Images (DPIs) for either TOTY, the in-house DPI Competitions or any other club competition is completely automated and images are submitted via the appropriate links below. Name and save your image files in the following manner then click on the relevant button to submit your images below.
Please ensure they are resized to 1400px X 1050px if landscape and no more than 1050px high if submitting a portrait image.
Images must have been taken within the previous two years, in order to be accepted into competitions.
The software that we use has the following naming convention:
Firstname(space)Surname(underscore)ImageTitle
eg Fred Smith_Woodland In Spring
Take care not to use a hyphen (-) instead of an underscore (_)
This is how it looks in Photoshop

If we receive incorrectly titled files they will be returned for you to correct. Please ask if you’re not sure.
Your name
The software puts all text before the underscore of the file name into the ‘member-name’ section exactly as you type it – if you use variations on your name for each round you will appear as different entrants in each round.
For example – if you start by calling yourself Karen Smith, don’t enter images in later rounds as Kaz Smith or K Smith – your scores won’t end up being aggregated.
Image name
The software puts all text after the underscore into the “image title” section – this is exactly how the title will be projected in the competition – if you want words to start with a capital letter then use a capital letter.
